John Fay
John Fay has been the Reds beat writer for the Enquirer since 2001. Prior to that, he served in a variety of roles for the Enquirer: backup Reds writer, UC beat writer, backup Bengals writer and as a general assignment reporter. He is a Cincinnati native and a graduate of Elder High School and the University of Dayton.

Forget the fact that robins are showing up in my yard, to me see the first intersquad lineup is the TRUE sign that spring is here! A lot of seasoned vets so the competition should get pretty intense.

Bucky Dent was Bubba's manager for two years when he was with the Clippers, so they've worked together before.

Not sure if putting Freel and Bubba side by side is a good idea, though. Can one outfield contain so much hustle? ;-)
