Griffey's out with soreness in his chest

Reds just announced that Ken Griffey Jr. was scratched with "soreness in his chest." That's all we've got.

Hopefully Junior is ok. It can be serious stuff when you're dealing with chest soreness or pains.

What was Jr's lifestyle before he came to the Reds. I never saw so many injuries and illnesses. You would expect this from a 50 year old person. Bring on the wheelchair, nurses and nursing home. He's a physical wreck.

can anyone tell me what is up with Bray seriously, I haven't heard a thing on him and has Majewski remembered how to pitch yet

Bray just started playing catch on Monday, so he's three weeks away, I'd guess. Majewski had one awful outing, but he was pretty good in the other eight.

Oh yeah, the ol' soreness in the chest. Man, that would keep me home from work too. Especially if I had to work 6 months of the year for only $10 million. I don't know how Ripken avoided that one all his years. Get well soon Griff.
