Lohse just isn't cutting it, I totally agree.
I say give Gosling a chance to start, or Phil Dumatrait. They really can't do any worse.
Is there anyone with Red's mgmt
that can recognize a quality pitcher ? Heat, with strong legs
and arms, isn't that easy ?

The rearrangement also gives Harang 3 starts before the all-star break, and would allow him to pitch shortly after the all-star break. Otherwise, he'd only have two starts before the all-star break.
