Dunn would hit over 300 if he'd just look for outside pitches to hit to left.

Hey John, love the blog!! I was wondering, can I stay with you and your family for a few days? They're flea-bombing my apartment.

You could probably live in that little bedroom we use as storage for a couple of days without anyone noticing.

How does one sprain an elbow while not playing?

Doesn't matter. Keppinger should be up here.

How did Saarloos do at Louisville? Does it look like he can help the Reds this time? What is Keppinger's best defensive position? Do you think that he will get a few starts somewhere in the infield?

Saarloos wasn't very good at Louisville: 0-1, 4.30 ERA, 22 hits in 14 2/3 innings. I'm not at the park so I'm not sure what is behind the move.

Keppinger's best spot is second base, I believe. But he's up for his bat.

Who goes down when Bray is ready to pitch (finally)? Would it be Saarloos? I ask because doesn't Bray look to be ready to come to the Reds here this week sometime?

Adrian

Scouts say the Reds are alerting other clubs that everybody on their roster is available except Aaron Harang, Homer Bailey, Josh Hamilton, Alex Gonzalez and Brandon Phillips.

they need to get red of dunn for great young talent or Austin Kearns.

What about Bronson Arroyo? Would they trade Arroyo as much as they need starting pitching?

I am surprised Saarloos was brought up. Bray is to pitch 2 innings tonight. If Bray pitches well I guess he will replace Saarloos or Gosling after the All Star break.

John...when is Webb a free agent? My guess is that he would like to play in Cincy. Could you ask him tomorrow?

John

Is there any chance that Aaron Herr will be called up before September? His numbers in Louisville are very good but you never hear his name mentioned.
