Prior to that, he served in a variety of roles for the Enquirer: backup Reds writer, UC beat writer, backup Bengals writer and as a general assignment reporter. He is a Cincinnati native and a graduate of Elder High School and the University of Dayton.

Any word on roster changes? If they don't make any changes, then they are doing a disservice to Pete.

Just saw on the Reds website that Kirk is coming back up. How tough is Pete's job with Kirk starting, and a bullpen the includes Eddie, Stanton & Gosling. Interesting that the Reds actually assigned 20 yr old Castro to AA given our conservative nature.
