I see David Ross will be making an appearance today finally. I predict he'll go 1-4 with 2 SO's, most likely with RISP. His one hit will likely be a solo HR.

I'd take that every day from the number 8 guy.

This means that the Reds think Ross is healthy and will be ready by opening day. Now that they have played him in a MLB game, they can't retro-actively place him on the DL. If they do place him on the DL, it would be two weeks from today before they could activate him.

This means no Bako and a much better bench for the Reds.
