Short work -- literally (updated)
Bronson Arroyo is done. Went two innings, allowed a hit, struck out three. He was still a little weak from his bout with the flu, but he looked sharp.
Dustin Hermanson followed and threw a perfect inning, striking out one.
Arroyo said he is still feeling the effects of the flu. I was about to get an IV treatment.
"I just went out there and threw the ball 80 miles an hour," he said. "But my command was there."
Said he felt like he had to make the start to stay on schedule somewhat.
It's 1-0, Indians, David Weathers gave up a home run in the fourth.
