John Fay has been the Reds beat writer for the Enquirer since 2001. Prior to that, he served in a variety of roles for the Enquirer: backup Reds writer, UC beat writer, backup Bengals writer and as a general assignment reporter. He is a Cincinnati native and a graduate of Elder High School and the University of Dayton.

PS - the Indians are no slouches, and we're nibbling Cliff Lee to death (except Dunn, who's tattooing him).

Those stats do not match up with the official sites. In fact some of them are very far off.

some of those stats don't match up with the official sites. for instance:

Chris Valaika has only 1 home run according to the offical site and here it says he has 8.

Many of these stats seem incorrect.
