Game update + jeopardy

Reds go 1-2-3 in the first. Question, or anwser rather, in Final Jeopardy last night was sports related: "It is in the central time zone and it is largest city in terms of population without a MLB, NFL, NHL or NBA team." Category was state capitals. None of the three contestants got it right. Neither did I. No cheating.

Is the question "with" or "without"? The way the last part is worded with "or" rather than "and" I assume you are looking for a city without a NBA, MLB, NHL, or NFL team?

Duh, I read it as 'with' instead of Without.

What a doofus I am.

I'm the doofus. I originally posted it using "with" instead of "without." What is Austin is the answer, or question. I guessed Des Moises.
