Keisler for Carpenter
By the way, did you see who the Cardinals called up to start in Chris Carpenter's place tonight? No other than former Red Randy Keisler. Keisler, a lefty, went 2-1 with a 6.27 ERA for the Reds in 2005. He's 4-4 with a 5.82 ERA overall in his career. I vaguely remember him getting a hit to win a game late in '05. He pitched 11 games for Oakland last year all in relief.

I seem to recall him hitting a HR in one start, too.
