When do Diamond Club seats usually go on sale? I tried to buy some this morning but it says tickets at this price aren't available at this time. We only get to go to one game a year and last year we did the Diamond Club and loved it. Any info would help.

jack and nurse Julie tried sneaking down into the Diamond seats last year and were escorted out

Jack and Julie prefer the nosebleed cheap seats, Marty on the radio, bottled water, stale pretzels and a view of the river the majority of the time

Jack and nurse Julie are two very level headed die hard Reds fans dont be jealous and hating anon 10:15

Why aren't all of the Reds spring training games on the radio?
Couldn't WLW put some on their sister stations if they don't want them all on the Big One?
I think it would be cool to let the minor league announcers do games that Marty doesn't do.
Put them on 1360 or something. Make it like spring training for them... it would be fun to hear some different perspectives on doing play by play. Marty is the man! But do body would die if other people did a few spring training games.

FLA vs ARI

I may be alittle biased as a Floridian, but theres NOTHING you can do in Arizona that you cant do in Florida. And for those of us with kids FLA has (in Tampa 1 hr north of Sarasota) Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, and Lowry Park Zoo.

In Orlando, 2hrs away, you have All the Disney parks, Universal Studios, Sea World, etc.. etc..

As John mentioned, beaches, dozens, within 20 miles. Deep sea fishing, snorkeling, golf, (I realize theres plenty of golf in ARI too). Hunting in central Florida, the Everglades.

The reds need the best possible facilities, of course, but if the question is which is better for the fans? Its FLA hands down.

By the way, Sarasota is ALOT of senior citizens and shuffleboard, but if you come to FLA for two weeks, and never leave Sarasota, or only go to games, youve got some issues.

TBA gets a lot of work in the spring, but only sees a few games worth of action during the regular season. John, do you think you could get back to me with a good reason for this? Thanks ;)

Keep up the good work- Haven't been commenting but I see you have put a lot of work in the blog since the 'change' from last year's coverage.

Is Dusty determined not to play Keppinger at short stop? He did a great job when given the opportunity last season. Seems like a no brainer...
